Mortal Kombat 11 Creative Director and Series Co-Creator Ed Boon recently posted on social media that there will be important news coming up this week.
According to a new post on Boon’s official Twitter account, he reveals that the game has sold 8 million copies sold and still counting, but the content is still not ending yet. He teased that there will be more news coming later this week so everyone should stay tuned on his account.
There were rumors that there will be a new character that will be added soon and the studio is working on it. One of it revealed that it could be the original 1995 movie actor voice lines. Some even said that Rambo is coming soon while others are calling for fan-favorite Mileena and Rain.
After the release of Aftermath expansion, the next content should be new characters or costumes. Otherwise, it’s a mystery.
Mortal Kombat 11 is now available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
