IO Interactive has recently announced the new Hitman World of Assassination Elusive target mission in two years.
Hitman World of Assassination Elusive Target Mission
After two years without any new targets for Hitman World of Assassination, IO Interactive is proud to announce that a new Elusive Target has been developed. It features the international superstar DJ and actor Dimitri Vegas. It features Dimitri Vegas’ likeness and voiceover work and will be free to all players later this year and scheduled to release globally on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
The Target
Dimitri Vegas will take on the role of “The Drop”, who is a DJ-turned-drug impresario bent on controlling the scene one way or another.
This was actually announced during a surprising interruption to Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike’ set at Tomorrowland 2023 on July 30, 2023.
“I’m extremely excited to be a part of the Hitman universe,” said Dimitri. “It’s always exciting to be involved in creative projects and I’m looking forward to seeing how everyone reacts to my character when the mission launches later this year.”

Hitman World of Assassination is now available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
