Overwatch 2 November 15 Update Delayed

Devs found a critical issue.

Blizzard has recently announced that it will be delaying its big Overwatch 2 November 15 update.

There is a good reason for Blizzard to suddenly cancel the launch of its big update for Overwatch 2. The developers posted on the official forums that they have discovered a critical issue that they needed to resolve as soon as possible. If the update did push through, who knows what could have happened. It could have introduced a lot of bugs instead of fixing it.

The developers did promise that an update will be posted on the official forms and upload the patch live as soon as the problem is addressed. Unfortunately, they did not mention the specific time and date it will be up.

The new patch was supposed to bring balance changes, bug fixes that include that affect Mei, and core content updates. The delay will also impact the delivery of Overwatch League Viewership Incentives and Perks from the Postseason matches during the period between October 30 to November 4, 2022.

On the side of the players, they are not happy with the cancelation. Most of them are already complaining for not preparing ahead for this sudden development.
