The Sacred Archives Trial #1 is one of the trials in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown where Sargon has to work with his ghosts in order to reach the goal within the time limit. Completing all four trials of the Sacred Archive will reward Sargon with the Clairvoyance ability that will help him traverse through different dimensions. How to unlock the Sacred Archives Trial #1
The Sacred Archives Trial #1 can be accessed by navigating through the Sacred Archives at the west side of Mount Qaf during Chapter 4. Getting to the area requires the Rush of the Simurgh and Shadow of the Simurgh to get through the obstacles; each Time Power can be obtained through Chapter 2 and Chapter 3, respectively.
The portal to trial #1 is located at the lower left corner of the trial room.
Sacred Archives Mechanics
In the Sacred Archives Trials, you will have three turns to move through the room and reach the goal within the time limit. Your attempt in each turn will carry over to the next turn as executed by your “ghost”. In a typical trial, the first two turns will be spent to set up the room and the obstacles so that you can clear through the room and get to the goal in your third turn.
Sacred Archives Trial #1 Solution
For this first trial, you will only have 4 seconds to open the gate and get to the goal.
On your first turn, jump on to one of the rungs.
On your second turn, jump on to the other rung to open the gate.
Finally, on your third turn, go through the gate and get the tablet to complete the trial.
Completing the trial in time will unlock Trial #2 which can be accessed through the portal just above this this trial’s portal.
