The Destroy the Blue Medallions 2 Request Note in Resident Evil 4 Remake tasks players to search through some tough spots in the Quarry and Fish Farm areas. The reward for completing this request is 4 Spinels, which can be used at the Merchant to buy rare items and modifications.
This guide is the second in the series of Blue Request notes for destroying medallions. Read on and we’ll show you exactly where to find and destroy all Blue Medallions in the Quarry and Fish Farm areas of Resident Evil 4 Remake.
There are a total of 5 Blue Medallions you need to destroy in the Quarry and Fish Farm areas, and once you do find one, you simply have to shoot it using any gun in order to destroy it and count towards your objective. Keep in mind that if you destroy a blue medallion before obtaining the blue request note, your progress toward the objective will still be counted when you do get the note.

Below is a rundown of all the Blue Medallion locations scattered throughout the Quarry and Fish Farm:
Quarry and Fish Farm Blue Medallion #1
Located in the Quarry area. Before leaving the area, look above and aim onto the scaffolding in the middle of a giant metal door and portcullis. You’ll eventually spot the medallion hanging there.
Quarry and Fish Farm Blue Medallion #2
Between the Merchant and the Fish Farm, you’ll find the medallion hidden beneath the docks. Look underneath the wooden platforms in front of a small shack with two yellow barrels by the lake.
Quarry and Fish Farm Blue Medallion #3
The Medallion is in the first small cabin you come across as you make your way back up the wooden ramp after the bridge collapses and Leon falls into the water at the Fish Farm.
Quarry and Fish Farm Blue Medallion #4
Proceed to the right of the small shack from which you obtained the third medallion, go down into the water, and then turn around to your left. This medallion is dangling from a hole in a wall.
Quarry and Fish Farm Blue Medallion #5
Before you leave the area of the fish farm to proceed to the house, turn around and descend into the water. Next, head under the wooden ramp, and the medallion will be attached to a wall.
