As you arrive in Ward 13, Cass will be taken away to be treated for her root rot in the infirmary. The next objective will be to talk to Founder Ford; his location is at the Warehouse and is marked on the map just up ahead. You can directly go to him or explore the rest of the ward and meet the NPCs and vendors in it.

Follow the marker and you will see Ford and Clementine arguing which is cut short by your arrival. Talk to Ford to know more about him, then afterwards, he will ask a favor from you. But first, he will ask you to meet up with Wallace to gear up.
