The Attaché Case Leon uses has been much improved in Resident Evil 4 Remake, which now lets him use charms to provide bonuses. The bonuses he receives can range from being able to heal more to receiving a large discount on some of the services the Merchant provides. Here’s a list of all the charms in the Resident Evil 4 remake that you can unlock and equip.

There are 31 charms that you can collect in Resident Evil 4 Remake. Here’s all of them and their effects:
Legendary Charms
- Cute Bear: -1 gunpowder used when crafting.
- Striker: +8% running speed.
Epic Charms
- Ashley Graham: +50% health recovery for green herbs.
- Illuminados Emblem: +20% melee critical hit rate.
- Merchant: 5% off weapon upgrades.
- Rhinoceros Beetle: +100% recovery item resale value.
Rare Charms
- Ada Wong: 30% off body armor repairs.
- Black Bass: +100% health recovery for black bass.
- Chicken: +100% health recovery for all egg types.
- J.J.: 40% off resources.
- Leon w/ Handgun: 30% off knife repairs.
- Leon w/ shotgun: +40% ammo resale value.
- Leon w/ rocket Launcher: 20% off the rocket launcher.
- Luis Sera: +20% ammo resale value.

- Bella Sisters: +20% magnum ammo craft bonus frequency.

You can equip up to three charms at once on your Attache Case. This is done by going to any type writer and going to the Customize Case tab. There you’ll see all the charms you’ve unlocked.
How to Get Charms in Resident Evil 4 Remake
Charms can be acquired from the Shooting Range run by the Merchant which you’ll first encounter near the lake in Chapter 3. By completing target shooting range challenges, you’ll be rewarded with Bronze, Silver, and Gold tokens. You can then use these to roll for the Resident Evil 4 Remake charms using the vending machine.
Taking advantage of reloading your save file will not help you get better charms. You’ll get the same charms you rolled for regardless.
