During today’s Nintendo Direct, Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games revealed the Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection, launching March 14, 2024, on Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam for $35.01.
This new title brings the original Star Wars Battlefront (2004) and Star Wars Battlefront II (2005) games to modern platforms with online play for up to 64 players, expansions to Hero Assault mode, and all previously released bonus content. Steam users will also enjoy Steam Deck support.
Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection includes both games with specific bonus maps and heroes. Star Wars Battlefront (2004) will include the Jabba’s Palace bonus map; with Star Wars Battlefront II (2005), the following bonus maps are included in the game: Bespin Cloud City, Rhen Var Harbor, and Citadel, and Yavin 4 Arena. In addition, Asajj Ventress and Kit Fisto are the bonus heroes.
Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection launches March 14, 2024, on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam for $35.01 and is available to pre-order on digital storefronts today with a 10% discount. Owners of either the original Star Wars Battlefront (2004) or Star Wars Battlefront II (2005) games on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One or Steam will get a loyalty discount of 20% on their respective platforms during the pre-order period.
