A new Star Wars Jedi Survivor gameplay video gets released worth 9 minutes long.
The new Star Wars Jedi Survivor gameplay video was recently uploaded by media outlet IGN and it features a look at one of the new planets that Cal Kestis will be able to explore in the latest entry to the Star Wars Jedi series. The story in this sequel will pick up five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.
Star Wars Jedi Survivor Gameplay Video Starts with a Crash
In this sequel, Cal crash lands on the planet Koboh and it is his task to get his ship, the Mantis, fixed by looking for some help. He looks for a way to go down a gorge where a beacon is located that he needs to acquire.
Three Lightsaber Styles Showcased
Along the way, the protagonist encounters various enemies from humanoids to wild alien beasts that attack on sight. Cal uses various abilities here with dual, one-handed, and twin blade lightsaber combat. He also uses various force attacks that can either levitate enemies or push them around. Useful for catching enemies unaware and defeating them in one blow. He also learns some new ways to traverse areas by observing the local animals.
Force Skills Revealed
Force Stasis and other Force abilities were showcased too which gives him leverage against a mob of aggressive beasts.
The last scene features Cal attacking a group of enemy drones and humanoids getting mobbed by a group of beasts. He easily dispatches all of them and gets to his objective at the end.
In a previous report, it was announced that Star Wars Jedi Survivor got delayed. It will be only for a few weeks though.
Star Wars Jedi Survivor launches on April 28, 2023 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
