With the feedback Take-Two got from the players who played NBA2K18, the game publisher has finally made some steps in order to make things right. CEO Strauss Zelnick gives his opinion about microtransactions and more.

Take-Two CEO explains they pay attention to consumers

Zelnick said during an interview with a gaming publication that the game publisher does pay attention to consumer response. If the feedback is not one hundred positive, they start to discuss plans of how to turn things around and how it should be done differently.

Making it more than a fair deal

The CEO said that there are a few gamers that want everything for free, but they cannot help those types of people. Most of the consumers just want a fair deal for their purchase and they are very focused on making it more than a fair deal. He said that they want to give the consumers much more than what they paid for.

Making the best possible entertainment for consumers

Balancing the monetization with the experience is also another factor they want to tackle on. He said that they are an entertainment company, which is why they want to make the best possible entertainment for the consumers as their main focus.
