    The Planet Crafter: How to Get the Deconstruction T2 Microchip

    The Microchip – Deconstruction T2 is a microchip in The Planet Crafter that upgrades the deconstructing ability of the multitool. Read ahead as we go through the steps on how to obtain the Microchip – Deconstruction T2 in The Planet Crafter.

    How to unlock the Microchip - Deconstruction T2 recipe in The Planet Crafter

    The Microchip – Deconstruction T2 recipe can be unlocked after decoding 28 Blue Print Microchips at the Blueprints Screen.

    The Microchip – Deconstruction T2 can then be crafted through the Craft Station T2 using the following materials:

    • x1 Methane Cartridge
    • x1 Zeolite
    • x1 Microchip – Deconstruction

    The Methane Cartridge can be obtained from the Gas Extractor T1 at random, or at a Gas Extractor T2 as a guaranteed chosen product. Zeolite can be obtained from the Zeolite Cave, Balcony, Meteor Field, or all across the map after reaching 500 MTi.

    The Microchip – Deconstruction T2 can be used by equipping it through the Inventory screen, then scroll through the multitool to select the Deconstruct action. The microchip upgrades the multitool to be able to deconstruct Technical Debris found in wrecks and abandoned stations, turning them into Circuit Boards which is used for advanced crafting recipes.
