How to Solve the Sahirow Shrine “Aid from Above” Puzzle
To solve the Sahirow Shrine, you will have to go through corridors without tripping the laser traps, otherwise these will activate trapdoors that goes into the abyss.
The first few corridors will only require you to jump over or duck underneath the lasers. At the end of the corridor, take the lift to go up the next room.
In the next room, go to the connecting room on the right first and crouch down under the laser. Grab one of the cubes and use it to block the laser as this will open the gate up ahead. The chest inside the next room contains a Spicy Elixir.
In the opposite room, you will have to go through a corridor with a moving laser. You can jump over the first one and crouch under the second; make sure that you move towards them as the lasers move closer to you.
On the final path, there will be a wall of lasers that will be moving back and forth along the path. Wait for the wall to get closer to you, then run underneath it as it moves away. Use Ascend to get on top of the laser, then you can head to the statues and get your Light of Blessing to complete the shrine.
