There are plenty of animals that can be collected within the Caribbean level of LEGO Bricktales and while some can be spotted easily, others require more efforts in searching and some specialized skills in order to obtain them.
In this guide, we will talk about where to find all the animal collectibles in the Caribbean level in LEGO Bricktales.
Caribbean Animal Locations
In the Caribbean level, there are a total of 20 animals to be collected. All of them can be acquired through a singe run.
In the Caribbean, you will find four (4) of each type of animal, with the Hermit Crab as the main animal for the level needed by the Hermit Pirate.

- Ladybug – found in the small island in the first area, after building the raft, sail across to reach the ladybug.
- Hermit Crab – found in the second area, near the yoga bar, use Smash to break the crate and reach the hermit crab.
- Ladybug – found inside the cave of the second area, right by the entrance.
- Rabbit – found inside the cave of the second area, climb the stairs at the back and follow the path until you reach the rabbit.
- Ladybug – found inside the cave of the second area, use the whip to reach the ladybug on the top end of the map.
- Chameleon – found in the first area via the high path in the second area.
- Hermit Crab – found in the first area, next to the Water Collector build, use Water to clear the dirt off the hermit crab.
- Bird – found on the second area, on top of the skull.
- Rabbit – found underground in the second area, go through the gate beside the skull.
- Chameleon – found behind the skull, use Smash to break the crates.
- Rabbit – found in the first area, head through the skull and follow the path to the first area. Then, use the wheel to open the cage holding the rabbit.
- Chameleon – found in the cave area, use Water to clear the dirt off the chameleon.
- Bird – found in the cave area, near the exit, use Smash to clear the crates.
- Chameleon – left corner of the cave, use Smash to break the crates.
- Bird – found in the third cave area, follow the path to the left past the water receptacle, then use Electricity to teleport and reach the bird.
- Hermit Crab – found in the third cave area, fill up all three receptacles using Water and the bridge to the hermit crab will be raised.
- Hermit Crab – found in the second cave area, on the right side of the ship, climb up the stairs and head towards the right. Use Dimension to reveal a wheel which will open a gate below leading to the hermit crab.
- Rabbit – found in the second cave area, same route as the previous hermit crab. Use water to clean the teleport pad, then head back out, climb the ladder, and use the linked pad. Then use the next pad to teleport to a higher level. Then climb the ladder to reach the rabbit.
- Bird – found in the second area, at the very top, same route as the previous rabbit. Continue down the path and use Hover to cross the rails. Use Dimension to reveal a teleport pad, then use Electricity to reach the bird.
- Ladybug – found in the second skull cave area, take the rail to the right using Hover. Then, use Electricity on the teleport pad obscured on the right side. Then, head to the other teleport pad on the top most corner of the map. Then, make your way to the next hover rail and use the next teleport pad. Then, head to the ledge on the highest spot and use Dimension to reveal another rail. Ride the rail back to the left then turn the wheel. Clean the pad with Water then take it to go back down and reach the ladybug.
