How to unlock the Follow the Butterflies Side Quest
To unlock the Follow the Butterflies side quest, you must first complete the Jackdaw’s Rest main quest.
Follow the Butterflies Objectives
- Talk to Clementine Willardsey
- Find the butterflies in the Forbidden Forest
- Find out where the butterflies are going
- Return to Mrs. Willardsey
Follow the Butterflies side quest Walkthrough
After completing the required quest, head over to The Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade where Clementine Willardsey is and start the quest.
Talk to Clementine Willardsey
Speak to Clementine inside The Three Broomsticks. She will ask for your help in finding out more about the butterflies in the forest.
Find the butterflies in the Forbidden Forest
Head over to the Forbidden Forest southwest of Hogsmeade. Then, head over to the marked area in the forest to find the butterflies.
Find out where the butterflies are going
Continue following the butterflies until they stop at a patch of flowers. Look for a chest that will appear in the middle of the patch. Open it to receive a random Conjuration Spellcraft.
Return to Mrs. Willardsey
Go back to The Three Broomsticks and talk to Clementine to complete the quest.
Follow the Butterflies Rewards
After completing the quest, you will be rewarded with the following:
- Random Conjuration Spellcraft
- 180 XP
