As the [REDACTED] journal suggests, you will need to check Container 78, which is by the beach. Head west and look for the lander ship, where you will find Container 75. Climb up Container 75 and use the planks to cross over to Container 78, where there will be a hole you can jump into. Break the wooden crates and kill the burster inside the container.
