How to Get the Cargo Control Key
The Cargo Control Key can be obtained from inside the locked chest within Founder Ford’s room. The combination to open the chest, which is 0415, can be found by inspecting the underside of the Flashlight that Founder Ford handed to you at the beginning of the story.
Where to use the Cargo Control Key
The Cargo Control Key can be used to open a locked door located in Ward 13. Make your way to the harbor area of Ward 13, then follow the path that leads you through the cargo containers. If the entrance to the path is blocked off by a trailer, simply travel to your first world first, then go back to Ward 13 and the trailer should be gone.
As you follow the straightforward path, you will eventually find a door that can be opened using the key. Once unlocked, you will find the MP60-R submachine gun by the table. This gun is a good upgrade to your starting sidearm and can be viable through subsequent runs.
