The Annex Ridge is one of the Banished outposts located in the southern part of the playable Zeta Halo map. There are spots of high elevation to explore, which may make finding all the collectibles a bit of a chore. In this guide, we’ll make your search easier by showing how to get every collectible in the Annex Ridge.
Where is the Annex Ridge Located?
Annex Ridge is found on Island 4 – The Sequence located near FOB Kilo to the west.

Investigate the Base
With Annex Ridge in the lower valley, it may be necessary to use the large lift. Forerunner machines are guarded by Banished once you enter the facility, though.
Move closer and eliminate the hostiles
You’ll notice an opening at the back of the room. The tunnel will lead you to the main building if you follow it. Open the doors by interacting with this panel. You can also free the Marines on the second floor by dismantling their restraint generators.
The Fuel Silo should be raised
Go outside and take in your surroundings by taking in the view of the hill on the other side of the street. There’s a panel for raising the fuel silo. Shoot the power conduits to cause it to explode once it’s visible.

Where to find UNSC Audio Log 1? – Annex Ridge
Start by heading towards the hexagonal metal spires behind the Banished buildings. Make your way on top of the first level of spires by using your grappleshot. The audio log “A Hastily-Assembled Plan” can be picked up beside a crate.
Where to find UNSC Audio Log 2? – Annex Ridge
Similar to the first audio log, this audio log sits on top of a cluster of hexagonal metal spires. Head towards the northwest of the ridge area and find another cluster of spires. This time, aim your grappleshot at the second level of the cluster. You’ll the audio log “Hitching a Ride” on top of a chest near a sniper rifle.
Where to find Banished Outpost Intel 11? – Annex Ridge
In the middle of the Annex Ridge, there is a tunnel entrance leading into the mountain. From the tunnel entrance, turn left, right, then right to see the grav lift. Behind this grav lift is the audio log “Slow and Steady” propped up on the side of a wall.
Where to find Banished Outpost Intel 12? – Annex Ridge
From the first Banished audio log’s location, take the grav lift. This will take you to the room where you can lift the lockdown of the base. Once it’s done, head back outside and towards the west side of the ridge where you need to flip a switch to raise a silo. Near it, the audio log for “Whispers From The Past” can be seen.
Where to find Spartan Core 12? – Annex Ridge
From the second Banished audio log’s location, head to the adjacent building. Inside one of the outdoor containers, you’ll find a crate containing the Spartan Core.
