Game developer Black Isle Studios has recently revealed that a PC port of classic RPG Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance is coming soon.

The studio revealed that the PC version of the game will be released this year. With the launch of the classic RPG on PlayStation and Xbox consoles just recently, many have wondered when the PC version will be out. Also, the Nintendo Switch version got delayed, so the PC version was the only one missing.

    Hey all!

The PC port of BG:DA is in the works and coming later this year. We're also hoping to ensure it has online co-op using Steam's remote play.

PC release is in the works right now. Hoping to have it on Steam this year.

And the sequel is on the table. Stay tuned!

In another post though, the studio had plans to make Dark Alliance 2 re-release, but it is still “on the table” for now. It could happen later on, but for now the studio is asking everyone to stay tuned.
