Lionsgate has recently revealed the Borderlands first footage at CinemaCon recently.
The ones that attended the CinemaCon event got the chance to get a sneak peek of the highly anticipated film that is based on the popular video game series of the same name developed by Gearbox Software. It was revealed on Thursday during the Lionsgate panel.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lionsgate showed approximately a minute of the clip. It featured Oscar-winner Cate Blanchett as Lilith wearing a red wig and using a gun to fight her way through a vibrantly colored city. Kevin Hart as Roland appeared as well together with the most-loveable robot Claptrap voiced by Jack Black. In the clip, he is seen taking a bullet from Blanchett’s shooting and said some punchline.
There is no word yet when the public will be able to see this one-minute clip, but it should be soon possibly a few weeks after CinemaCon.
