Diablo 2: Resurrected just launched very recently around the world, and the server status is already experiencing complications.
Many players are reportedly unable to log in and play the game. And if you try to boot up Diablo 2: Resurrected yourself right now, chances are you’ll, unfortunately, get “An issue occurred while communicating with the game servers” as its status right in front of your eyes.
So what gives? What’s going on? If you’ve purchased and are excited to play Diablo 2: Resurrected you might be searching for answers.
Why Diablo 2: Resurrected Server Status Are Down on Launch?
What most likely happened is that the server went down due to too many people trying to play the game at the same time on launch.
This is unfortunately an issue with Blizzard at the moment. There’s no problem on your end so there’s not much you can do. Thankfully, they have posted on their launcher, Battle.net. that they are aware of the issues and are working to fix them. How long this issue will persist is anyone’s guess.
We believe that it won’t take long until Blizzard does finally fix the issue. Leaving the servers down on launch day isn’t going to look good for them so it’s in their best interest to fix it as fast as possible. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to get your hands on Resurrected soon once Blizzard fixes the issue. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s up again. So be sure to stick around.
But in the mean time, we do have guides on specific builds for several classes. If you’re itching to try out the Necromancer, then the Fischymancer build might strike your fancy. The Necromancer is a popular class on the original game due to the flexibility of its many potential builds.
