A new announcement has confirmed that the Forza Horizon 5 second expansion will be revealed later this week and it will be on a live stream.
The official Twitter account of Forza Horizon made this announcement in a new post. It will be revealed during a live stream on the Forza Twitch channel, which will take place on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 9 AM PT/ 12 PM ET/ 5 PM GMT.
The new tweet reads, “The next big thing from the Horizon Festival in Mexico is ready to be revealed. Tune in this Thursday for all the details.”
The first expansion for Forza Horizon 5 was a bit odd as it was not directly related to the franchise. It was themed after a toy franchise, Hot Wheels, and it added 10 new cars and courses from it. It also allowed players to customize and share their tracks which had 80 track piece types to choose from.
If we are basing on previous Forza Horizon titles, then the Forza Horizon 5 second expansion will be the last one. It should also be directly related to the game this time around which will expand the vehicle and course rosters.
Forza Horizon 5 is out now on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
