Where to Get the Guardian Shield in Fornite?
The Guardian Shield can be found mostly on Oathbound Chest scattered throughout the map.
These chests are long white-and-gold chests found mostly near castles or landmarks. There are dozens of these chests scattered around but they do not always spawn like regular chests. Chances of getting the Guardian Shield inside the chest are rare so it isn’t guaranteed from opening an Oathbound Chest either.
The best places for getting the Guardian Shields inside of the Oathbound chests are the following:
- Breakwater Bay
- The Citadel
- Faulty Splits
How to Use Guardian Shield in Fornite?
The Guardian Shield is a Utility Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It can project a rectangular barrier that can be activated using the fire primary button that can block incoming fire from the front. It can also be thrown down as a portable cover, by throwing the secondary fire button and using the projectile arc to aim it.
Players will need to note that this item can block all incoming attacks permanently as its power will drain over time. When the shield will start to turn pink, it signifies that it is nearing depletion. To see how long players have to use the shield, check the bar next to the shield at the bottom right corner of the screen.
