Visit Canto Bight and head into the location on the map. When you arrive, speak with Mama the Hutt there. You will need to use a Bounty Hunter character in order for her to speak up. This will then trigger the side quest Silencing Snootles. Complete the objectives to recruit this character.

When you arrive at Canto Bight, go to the location on the map. When you reach the destination, look for Sir Gonkingon III and bring an Astromech Droid in order properly communicate with him. This will trigger the side quest Gonk and Circumstances. Complete all objectives to recruit the Master Codebreaker.
