The Sujimon, Generation II substory can be encountered in Chapter 2, right at the street where Kasuga’s house is, just as he is about to leave for Hawaii.
Substory #2: Sujimon, Generation II Walkthrough
A degenerate creep will suddenly appear in front of you as he flashes his underpants. Defeat this guy and Professor Morikasa, also known as the Sujimon Sensei, will appear. He will once again ask for Kasuga to help him fill up the Sujidex like he did before, even reinstalling the app on Kasuga’s phone.
To discover a Sujimon, you just need to defeat enemies that you will encounter throughout the story. Each kind of enemy hosts a different kind of Sujimon, and you will only need to defeat that enemy once in order to discover their Sujimon. There are a total of 317 Sujimon that can be discovered; the substory will still be marked as complete right after your conversation with the Sujimon Sensei.
Discovered Sujimon can be viewed in the Sujidex app in your smartphone, complete with their resistances, skills, features, as well as the number of times you have defeated the Sujimon.
