There are a total of 6 planets in the game. Each planet has their own main quests, side quests, memories to collect, and even boss fights to do. You’ll eventually unlock them as you progress through the main story.

With the exception of Cursa’s Stronghold, you’re able to go back to any planet you’ve previously unlocked to finish any side quests or collect any memories you might have missed.

After arriving in Beacon Beach, you’ll meet up with its warden, Augie, who needs your help to restore the sunshine.

Thanks to the Cursa’s influence, the once bright and Shiny Beacon Beach has become cloudy and rainy. Inhabitants are unable to enjoy the sunny beach like they did before. Now it’s up to you to defeat the Giant Wildclaw and restore Beacon Beach to its former glory.

Thanks to the snowstorm, most of Pristine Peaks is inhospitable. With the warden of this planet, Captain Orion, nowhere to be seen, it’s up to you to clear the harsh weather and bring some calm back to this planet.

You must help Woodrow, who is this planet’s warden, get rid of the Cursa and restore the beauty of Palette Prime.

The fourth of the Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope planets that you’ll explore. Terra Flora used to be beautiful but thanks to Cursa has experienced a drought that left a shade of its former glory.

Assist the warden, Sullivan, to bring back Terra Flora to its glory. You’ll have to ride the Wiggler Train in order to get to Mt. Sprout, a water volcano which may be the only way to restore Terra Flora back.

The fifth of the Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope planets that you’ll visit. Well it’s difficult to really call Barrendale Mesa an actual planet as almost everything is comprised of metal machinery. Out of all the worlds you’ll explore, Barrendale Mesa is the most technologically advanced seeming like a fortress floating in the sky.

Thanks to Cursa’s Darkness, Barrendale Mesa is a shell of its former self. The skies around it used to be clear, but is now trapped in a thunderstorm. Help Momma restore Barrendale Mesa to its former glory.

Cursa’s Stronghold

The sixth and final planet you’ll visit in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Cursa’s Stronghold only has one Main Quest with no side missions to take on. However it has the most bosses to fight against compared to the other planets.

Cursa’s Stronghold can only be visited before you’ve completed the game. After completing the final quest, you will no longer be able to access Cursa’s Stronghold. However you can replay the boss battles via its Quest Log and finding them in the map.

How to Unlock Planets in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope?

You can unlock the Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope planets by collecting 2 Purified Darkness Energy Crystals. Each of the planet in the game has 2 of those you can collect by completing the Main Quests.

You won’t be able to pick which planet to unlock by spending the Purified Darkness Energy Crystals. The Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope planets will automatically be unlocked simply by progressing through the main story missions.
