It has just been announced that Mob Psycho 100 TV anime will get a 2nd season with the staff and cast members reprising their roles. The announcement was made during the special screening event of Mob Psycho 100 Reigen: Shirarezaru Kiseki no Reinouryokusha.
The series is writtren and illustrated by ONE, also the author of another popular series called One Punch Man. The series has also spawned a love-action film adaptation released via Netflix, and followed by a TV broadcast in January this year, respectively. The series is all about an eighth-grader named Shigeo Kageyama, also known as Mob, and his attempt to live an ordinary life hiding his psychic abilities from the public due to the negative impressions of him.
In related news, Mob’s master, Reigen, will be getting his very own spin-off manga titled “Reigen“. Mangaka ONE will start publishing the spin-off manga on Ura Sunday’s Manga ONE app on March 19.
