Resident Evil Vendetta is getting a new CG sequel movie titled Resident Evil Death Island and it will feature three familiar faces from the franchise.

The trailer features three familiar characters from the Resident Evil franchise. These are Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield, and a brief appearance of Jill Valentine whose purpose is still unknown.

Based on the trailer description, D.S.O agent Leon S. Kennedy is currently on a mission to rescue Dr. Antonio Taylor from kidnappers. Still, he gets thwarted by a mysterious woman shrouded in shadows. From the silhouette, it does not look like Ada Wong.

B.S.A.A. agent Chris Redfield on the other hand is now investigating a zombie outbreak in San Francisco where he could not find the source of the infection. His only clue is the victim’s last visited location: Alcatraz Island. His B.S.A.A. team heads out to investigate, but little do they know there are more horrors awaiting them there, not just zombies. It seems there are many B.O.W.s are being let loose there.
