As one of the many good guys in these scary times, game company Rockstar Games has announced to donate a percentage of its revenue for the relief efforts due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rockstar Games being good guys

It is always good to help other people and in these trying times, it is best for people with better funds to help with the cause. The gaming company will be donating five percent of its revenue that its gets from GTA Online and Red Dead Online purchases to the COVID-19 relief efforts.

The funds will be used to help the local communities and businesses that are really struggling with what is happening with the pandemic. It will also support the organizations that are on the front lines and helping those who are affected. They might even share more if needed.

There are many other gaming companies doing their own support as well. Gamedev.world has formed the GDC Relief Fundraiser to help the developers are deeply affected by the pandemic. Popular gaming website Humble Bundle even started a new bundle with its whole profits donated to support.

Stay at home guys! This is the best way to help everyone as well.
