- Cammy: Reach Chapter 7 and complete the “Special Unit Del-” side-mission
- Manon: Reach Chapter 7 and complete the “Extra” side-mission
- Ken: Reach Chapter 8
- E. Honda: Reach Chapter 8

- Zangief: Reach Chapter 9 and complete the “Hither and Tither” side-mission

Street Fighter 6 World Tour Master Locations
None of the SF6 World Tour Masters are missable since you can go back for them any time once you’re past the chapter they’re available on. Some of them do require that you finish certain side missions before you can meet them though you’ll find most naturally. Luke can be found in the gym of Metro City, USA which can be unlocked in Chapter 1.
Where to Find Chun-Li in World Tour Mode?
Chun-Li can be found in the Hong Hu Lu Chinatown of Metro City, USA which can be unlocked in Chapter 2.
Where to Find Marisa in World Tour Mode?
Marisa can be found in Colosseo, Italy which can be unlocked in Chapter 3.
Where to Find Lily in World Tour Mode?
Lily can be found in the Thunderfoot Temple, Mexico which can be unlocked in Chapter 4. You’ll have to first trigger the side mission “The Spirit Guide” by talking to an NPC named Ana in the Hong Hu Lu Chinatown district of Metro City, USA.

Blanka can be found in the Ranger’s Hut of Brazil which can be unlocked in Chapter 6. He can become a Master after talking with him again after his introductory cutscene.
