Microsoft Studios has announced the latest Dead Rising installment, and that it will still be exclusive to the company giant’s platforms — Xbox One and Windows PC. Frank West, protagonist we know and love from the first Dead Rising, is back; and this time we get to see more zombie-wrecking gore in the fictional town of Willamette, Colorado.
