The Musanokir Shrine is among the various Hyrule Surface shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which tasks players to solve the puzzle called “Swing to Hit.” In this shrine puzzle, Link will have to keep the pendulum in mind and make use of the swinging motions to unlock gates.

Read ahead as we go through the steps in order to solve the Swing to Hit puzzle of the Musanokir Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom.

    Musanokir Shrine Location

The Musanokir Shrine is located inside the Korok Forest of the Great Hyrule Forest, Hyrule Surface, with coordinates 0412, 2126, 0143. The Korok Forest can be accessed by venturing into the depths and using Ascend directly above the location where the Master Sword was first placed.

Musanokir Shrine Puzzle Solution – Swing to Hit

To solve the Musanokir Shrine, you will have to work with balls and chains to swing heavy cubes and hit targets that will open gates.

For the first obstacle, you need to create a bridge to cross the gap. Simply grab the heavy cube from the other side and attach it to the ball that is on the end of the board. Then grab the cube again and place it as far as you can on the other side so that the bridge stays level. Try to keep the cube on the floor so that it will not make the bridge slack as it falls down.

For the second obstacle, grab and detach the cube from earlier and attach it to the hanging ball and chain. Grab the cube again, pull it back, and let it swing so that it hits the target on the wall. You can then go to the next chamber once the gate has been opened.

Before doing the third obstacle, consider getting the chest on the platform on the wall by creating a bridge out of the log and the cube, then attaching them to the slab on the rail. Once you’re on the slab, you can just jump and glide to the chest, which contains a Large Zonai Charge.

For the final obstacle, attach the cube to the hanging ball, then attach the log in front of the slab so that it points towards the target. Grab the cube backwards, then let it go. Its swing will make the slab move forward and eventually hit the target with the log. You can then go to the statues in the next room to claim your Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.

After solving the Swing to Hit puzzle in Musanokir Shrine, you’re one step closer to completing all 152 shrines in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You can check out our other shrine guides below to collect more Light of Blessing:
