Aliens: Fireteam Elite offers a total of 26 weapons, 8 of which can be bought from the Armory with Requisition Credits, the game’s in-game currency for buying non-cosmetic items like weapons, attachments, perks, and consumables. Here’s the list of weapons with notes on which loadout kit can carry them, the type, and if it can be bought from the armory.
RIFLE
M41A2 Pulse Rifle
Type: Rifle
Loadout Kit: Gunner, Doc, Demolisher, Recon
The standard rifle of the UACM, the Pulse Rifle is a middle-of-the-road rifle, good at all ranges with minimal recoil. Remember, short controlled bursts!
Just a side note, if you’re a big fan of the Pulse Rifle, Hasbro has already officially announced a Nerf model of this iconic weapon from Aliens.
L36 Halberd
Type: Rifle
Loadout Kit: Gunner, Doc, Demolisher, Recon
The Halberd is one of the fastest firing rifles in use and is also one of the most accurate and longest ranged.
M41A3 Burst Rifle
Type: Rifle
Loadout Kit: Gunner, Doc, Demolisher, Recon
Adapted from the fully automatic M41, the A3 is quick-firing and effective. Built with a permanent 4-round burst mode and further modified to provide tighter, more accurate grouping.
M42A3 Sniper Rifle

Based off the already modified M42A2, the A3 pushes even further, modifying the Armet Pulse Rifle into a true long-range Sniper Rifle.
Twilight V.4
Type: Rifle

The Hyperdyne Twilight pushes the DMR envelope, providing range closer to a Sniper Rifle but with faster firing rate and steady shot that can still prove effective at shorter ranges.
Heirloom Standoff

An older model, pump-action tube-shotgun still in use in some corners of the UACM with marines that like to keep them handy for “close encounters.”
CLOSE-QUARTERS WEAPON (CQW)
M37A3 Pump Shotgun
Type: CQW
Loadout Kit: Gunner, Recon, Technician
A standard pump-action tube-fed shotgun, devastating up close with serious falloff at range. Individual reload allows for great combat up-time… if the wielder stays on top of it.
M39 Submachine Gun
Type: CQW
Loadout Kit: Gunner, Recon, Technician
Hight recoil and spread coupled with an extremely high rate of fire make this weapon fairly ineffective at anything beyond short-medium range, but incredibly lethal up close.
X43 Barrage Flechette SMG
Type: CQW

While the X43’s rate of fire is incredibly high, the flechette’s design coupled with effective counterbalancing cause this weapon to be one of the most accurate SMGs in production.
Type 21 Tactical Shotgun

Modified from the original design to have a box-magazine instead of a single-fed tube, the Type 21 means less time manually reloading. Slightly more accurate and with a somewhat more accurate and with a somewhat more controllable recoil, this shotgun is marginally more effective at longer ranges than most.
HEAVY
L56A3 Smartgun
Type: Heavy

Weyland-Yutani’s most recent Smartgun focuses on mobility and reliability over power and tracking capabilities. Still, when you gotta hit the target, use a Smartgun.
M95 Grenade Launcher
Type: Heavy
Loadout Kit: Demolisher
The M95 launches timed-fuse grenades that have quite the bounce, making them valuable for hitting targets around corners or behind it.
OCAP-91 Volcan
Type: Heavy
Loadout Kit: Demolisher
The Volcan has been in service for many years as a great deterrent to various xenobiological lifeforms. Only usable at short ranges, it is still a potent force on the battlefield.
HAND GUN
Kramer .50 Magnum
Type: Hand Gun

The Kramer .50 was the first viable attempt at creating a high-caliber, combat-effective Hand Cannon. Slow-firing with a big kick, it’s still popular because it packs a powerful punch.
Kramer Short-Barrel
Type: Hand Gun

The Short-Barrel is a brutally effective short-range weapon. Its small clip is offset by a quick reload, but it kicks like a mule.
M10 Auto Pistol
Type: Hand Gun
Loadout Kit: Technician, Doc
The M10 has a short range but high rate of fire. While it can be hard to control, the M10 is devastating in close quarters.
Type 78 Burst Pistol
Type: Hand Gun

Aimed at filling the gap that Hand Cannons have now largely taken over, the Type 78 can’t hit as hard or as far as an actual Hand Cannon, but the accuracy and fire rate it provides makes it considerably more effective at range than any other Machine Pistol.
Type 95 Combat Pistol
Type: Hand Gun

The Type 95 was created with the intent of providing a high-caliber pistol that behaved like a standard sidearm. As such, it has less recoil and a higher rate of fire than a typical Hand Cannon, with considerably less per-shot stopping power.
