Game Pass sounds like a great way for The Day Before to make a good impression on potential players. After the poor gameplay presentation and some controversies, a lot of people have become skeptics as to whether this game can actually deliver. Will The Day Before Be On Game Pass?
No, The Day Before will not be coming to Xbox Game Pass. Developers Fntastic have confirmed that they don’t have plans to bring the game over to the Game Pass library. If you want to play The Day Before, you’ll have to purchase a copy of the game on available platforms.
The Day Before is coming to Xbox Series X|S and PC. In fact, its early access is scheduled for release this December which is only available on PC. The full release of the game which includes the console releases isn’t coming until developer Fntastic is confident that they’ve reached the best possible version of The Day Before.
It’s possible that plans could be made to include The Day Before in the Xbox Game Pass library when the game reaches the end of its early access. There’s just no confirmation from Fntastic that the game is coming to the PC Game Pass library. Plenty of games have been added to Microsoft’s subscription service that weren’t part of their day-one release.
For now, we’ll just have to wait and see if the developers will add The Day Before to Game Pass in the future. It would probably depend on how the game does during its early access. If the game presumably doesn’t do as well, we could see it on the Game Pass library some time next year.
