Game studio Sumo Digital recently released the newest title update for video game Sackboy: A Big Adventure.
The new update has unlocked online multiplayer play for the game on both platforms. This will allow players to team up with three more players online and journey together.
Players will be able to adventure from start to finish with up to three companions. To make it more fun, the developers have included a set of ten dedicated Teamwork Levels where players can work together in order to succeed. There will be two Teamwork Levels in each of the five main game worlds. They will need to collaborate, coordinate and communicate to reach the goal.
The update also added multiplayer moves that can either guide or goad other players. They can slap, grab, and roll into other players. There are also other emotes that can show appreciation to their friends. All emotes can be unlocked with collectabells or discover them in prize bubbles.
Everyone can earn and lose score as a team and levels include rewards for bronze, silver, and gold high scores. In order to win big, make sure to use the x2 multipliers wisely.
Players can keep their progress when coming back to their local games. Crossplay for PlayStation 4 and PS5 is a thing too. The best part is that they can do PS4 to PS5 save transfers as well.
Sacboy: A Big Adventure is now available on PS4 and PS5.
