Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially confirmed the completion Nixxes Software B.V. acquisition in order to elevate PlayStation Studios’ exclusive video games.
Nixxes will be joining PlayStation Studios Technology, Creative & Services Group to provide high-quality in-house technical and development capabilities for PlayStation Studios.
Hermen Hulst, Head of PlayStation Studios has this to say:

Sony Interactive Entertainment CEO Jim Ryan also confirmed in a recent separate interview with Japanese magazine Famitsu (Google translated) that the Nixxes acquisition will help in bringing their IPs to PC.
