Aiming for Platinum in Armored Core 6 can be a time-consuming process, as some trophies require you to do multiple playthroughs, with some being exclusive to the game’s New Game+ and New Game++ features.

The game consists of 59 unique missions, some of which feature branching storylines that can lead to one of three different endings. Picking one of the various missions to play will lead you to select the kind of ending you wish to see; doing so will make the other choices unavailable to you. You specifically need three playthroughs in order to clear all missions and unlock the gold Stargazer trophy, including most of the bronze mission-clearing trophies.

There are several trophies in the game as well that call for collecting a variety of AC parts. This includes the Asset Holder, Weapon, and Parts Collector trophies, which are tied to one another. These parts are usually hidden inside containers or chests that are spread across the various missions from Chapter 2 onward. You can either use our guide to reveal the location of all hidden parts in Armored Core 6 or equip a head part with high scan distance stats to find them one by one.

Armored Core 6 also features combat logs and data logs. None of these collectibles are missable since you have the privilege to replay missions and get back to most areas on New Game+. Certain opponents hold combat logs, and only by defeating them can you gain access to the logs. To earn credit towards the Combat Log Collector Trophy, you must complete the mission afterward. Meanwhile, data logs can be collected from destroyed ACs, and this gets you the Data Log Collector Trophy (which only needs 10 to unlock). If you manage to complete Mission 15, you will have received ten logs from the story that you can scan to reveal a text log containing bonus story content.

Other trophies, such as Master of Arena, Testing Complete, and Training Complete, are related to a system in the game called programs, which are unlocked automatically as you progress through the story. You basically have to complete the training mission programs to obtain the Training Complete trophy. When it comes to arena programs, you’ll have to fight against a wide range of opponents on an arena across multiple playthroughs.

You can also earn OS upgrades by defeating opponents in arenas. The Tuning Expert and Software Engineer trophies, for example, require this. However, completing the first run won’t earn you enough currency to buy all of the upgrades. After completing New Game+, you’ll get access to a new arena vital to completing the final set of OS upgrades. These enhancements should not be ignored, since they pave the way toward earning S-Rank ratings on all missions, provided the appropriate AC build is used.

And that’s everything we have right now on getting the Platinum trophy for Armored Core 6. You might as well do an entire playthrough of the game using our Top 10 Best Armored Core 6 Builds in mind. Good luck out there, trophy hunters.

Armored Core 6 is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
