Publicity Stunt is an optional side quest in Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed which is unlocked by completing Establishing Shots. In this quest, you’ll be helping Shama Llama add more members to the Cult of Arkvoodle. You’ll be rewarded with Furotech Cells upon completing this mission. Here’s how you complete the Publicity Stunt side quest in Destroy All Humans.
How to Complete Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed Publicity Stunt
To complete Publicity Stunt in Destroy All Humans 2 you have to use the Propagandator to turn humans into cult members. You can do this by boarding your saucer and converting humans you come across in the city. Converting certain humans with the Propagandator will earn you more Furotech Cells.
You first have to complete Establishing Shots, which is another side quest for the Arkvoodle Cult, before you unlock Publicity Stunt. Once you’ve done that quest, you can go ahead and speak to Shama Llama who informs you that the Arkvoodle Cult membership has gone down and asks you to “recruit” more cult members to their cause. You can find Shama Llama on the hippie community located in the west side of Bay City.
Once you’ve accepted the Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed Publicity Stunt side quest from Llama, talk to hippie volunteer right next to him. You’ll recognize this character cause of the red bandanna he’s wearing and a hexagon sign above his head. Board your saucer from the nearby landing zone and go to where this hippie is. You’ll have to use the Slurpmaster V8 to abduct him.
After you’ve abducted the hippie, you can now go around using the Propagandator to convert humans around Bay City. Using the Progandator is easy enough. All you have to do is press the RT or R2 button when you’re flying inside your saucer. Don’t aim with the LT or L2 button as that will instead use the Slurpmaster V8.
You need to abduct a lot of followers to complete Publicity Stunt. Check your map for places with a white hexagon cause there are a large number of humans to convert in those areas. The white hexagon will continue to move as you use Propagandator on most of everyone in a location.
If you complete the optional objectives for this mission, you’ll receive a total of 8 Furotech Cells which is always great for upgrades.
Publicity Stunt Optional Objectives
- Convert 10 Cops
- Convert 10 Military
Cops can be found almost everywhere patrolling the city. But if you’re having trouble then going to the police station or raising the alert to yellow or orange will make them more easy to find.
The Military personnel can be found on the southwest of Bay City where there’s a small military base by the coast. There’s more than enough military personnel to use the Propagandator on to accomplish the optional objectives. If you don’t feel like travelling, you can just raise the alert level to red which will spawn Military soldiers your way.
