    If you’re new to Lightfall, you may be wondering what Strand Meditations in Destiny 2 are used for. This new form of currency paves way to creating a very powerful Strand subclass that was introduced in the expansion. If you want to get the best Strand build you can get, then Strand Meditations are something to look our for.

    So what are Strand Meditations used for in Destiny 2 Lightfall? And how can you get more of them?

    How to get Strand Meditations in Destiny 2 Lightfall?

    There are several ways to get Strand Meditations in Destiny 2 Lightfall:

    • Completing Partition missions
    • Completing Patrols in Neomuna
    • Completing quests related to Lightfall
    • Defeating strong enemies
    • Opening Lost Sector chests in Neomuna
    • Taking part in public events in Neomuna
    • Taking part in the activities at the Vex Incursion Zone of Neomuna
    • Using Strand abilities to defeat enemies

    The plethora of new content that the Destiny 2 Lightfall expansion offers multiple ways to grind for Strand Meditations. The amount of Strand Meditations you’ve collected can be seen on the inventory menu so you always have an eye on just how much you have. So far, it seems doing Patrols in Neomuna is the fastest way to get Strand Meditations.

    Take the time to grind for Strand Meditations in Destiny 2 as you’ll need all you can get to tackle some of the expansions’ more difficult content. The Lightfall Legendary campaign is a challenging endeavor to take one where the Strand subclass will no doubt come in handy.

    What are Strand Meditations used for in Destiny 2 Lightfall?

    Strand Meditations are used for purchasing Strand Fragments, Aspects, and the subclass’ grenades in Destiny 2. This can be done by going to the Pouka Pond at Neomuna.

    While you can purchase any of the Fragments for the new Strand subclass, some Fragments are locked behind a time-gate. Which means that they won’t be available to purchase new Fragments until the first week of Lightfall is over.
