Atomic Heart on Xbox Game Pass would be a boon to fans of first-person shooters. This alternate universe set in the 1950’s where the Soviets use robotics to serve them in every day life before things went terribly wrong.

Let’s talk about Atomic Heart possibly being on the Xbox Game Pass library.

Is Atomic Heart coming to Xbox Game Pass?

Yes, Atomic Heart is coming to the Xbox Game Pass library this February 21, 2023. Microsoft has scored another victory for its Game Pass subscribers by including Atomic Heart as a day one release on its platform.

It should be noted that only the Atomic Heart Standard Edition is available on the Xbox Game Pass library at no additional costs. Only the Gold and Premium editions of the game will be something you’ll have to purchase at full price if you’re interested.

You can go ahead and pre-load Atomic Heart right now ahead of its release date on both Xbox consoles and PC. This will ensure you’re able to play the game the minute it releases on your platform of choice without having to download it.

How to pre-load Atomic Heart on Xbox Game Pass?

Go to the Atomic Heart page on the Xbox Game Pass app and select the pre-install option to download the files ahead of its release date. You’ll find it under the Coming to Game Pass section:

    • Open the Xbox Game Pass app
    • Go to the Atomic Heart page
    • Select Pre-Install
    • Download the game’s contents

You’re free to pre-load the game anytime you wish so long as you’re subscribed to Xbox Game Pass. The Atomic Heart pre-load is only 10.2 MB which is a mere fraction of its actual game size. Expect to download much more once Atomic Heart actually releases as the game is expected to be at 90 GB in full.
