Life is Strange True Colors is a narrative heavy game. As such, you probably already know that it has multiple endings depending on certain choices you make in the game. While not every choice will be impactful, there are some that will definitely shape Alex’s destiny.
If you’re curious about every ending in Life is Strange True Colors here are all the endings you can get and what decisions lead to those endings.
Life is Strange True Colors All Endings
Each chapter holds a decision that will impact the ending you get. These decisions mostly start from Chapter 3 we’re you’ll be presented with contrasting options that will change how someone feels about you.
Near the ending of Chapter 3, you’ll get the choice of taking away Charlotte’s anger from her or just leaving her alone. The choice has some lasting impact on what happens later on.
If you decide to take Charlotte’s anger away, the strong emotion will stick with Alex. She lash out at Ryan and Steph when they enter the apartment. Because of this, Alex will be left alone to look for the USB without anyone’s help. This is actually the bad decision, because Charlotte will be left feeling numb from your empath powers and she later won’t stand up for you when you need her in Chapter 5.
If you decide to leave Charlotte alone, you can either apologize to her or give her assurance on your way out. This will result in Alex being calm enough to work with Ryan and Steph as they look for the USB. This is by far the best decision as Charlotte will stand up for Alex in Chapter 5 during the town council meeting. Charlotte will actually apologize to you later on.
Chapter 4 presents you with a tough choice during your meeting with Riley at the bus stop. If you do go out to meet her, you’ll be faced with the decision to tell Riley about Eleanor’s condition or keep quiet about it. This is a tough call because Eleanor want Riley to pursue her dreams outside of Haven Springs.
If you choose to tell Riley about Eleanor’s condition, Riley will stay at Haven Springs. However the outcome will affect you at Chapter 5 when Eleanor won’t stand up for you at the council meeting. This decision will hurt Alex.
If you choose to keep quiet, Riley will leave Haven Springs. Eleanor will come to trust Alex and stand up for her during the council meeting by claiming the empath is “trustworthy.”
