As the mayor of Water Seven, Iceberg is always busy even as a memory in One Piece Odyssey. In the Helping Iceberg 2 side quest, he asks the Straw Hats to break the news to his colleagues that he wants to cancel his plans with them. Of course the hard part is making sure they’re not angry when you break the news.

Helping Iceberg 2 Side Quest Walkthrough
Talk to Iceberg in Water Seven City Area to start the Helping Iceberg 2 side quest in One Piece Odyssey. He’ll tell the Straw Hats that he’s a bit busy and that he wants you to cancel his plans for him. You’ll need to finish Helping Iceberg 1 before this side quest becomes available.
What sets this side story quest apart from the others is that you have to pick the right options to the people you speak to in order to appease them. Not everyone is happy that the Mayor is cancelling plans. Just follow the walkthrough of this guide and you’ll weather it out. You’ll recognize the people you need to talk to by the blue marker on top of their heads.
Talk to the Leader
Go northwest and talk to Leader and tell him what Iceberg wants. He’ll be angry that the Mayor is cancelling plans for dinner but you can appease him with the right responses:
- The Mayor has a press conference.
- I hear he’s going to advertise your merchandise.
- It’s for the city.
After doing this, go back to Iceberg and tell him the news.
Talk to Person in Charge
Go to the middle of the Water Seven City Area and talk to Person in Charge. He’ll be inquisitive as to why the mayor is cancelling speaking to the audience tonight but you can ease him up with the right responses:
- The mayor has to get ready.
- He’s preparing for the Aqua Laguna.
- The mayor trusts you.
After doing this, you have to go back to Iceberg again and tell him what happened.
Talk to Deputy Mayor of Pucci
Go to the eastern part of Water Seven City Area and talk to the Mayor of Pucci. He’ll be a bit more easy tempered than the other two but you should still make the right calls:
- The mayor has a stomach ace…
- There’s a dish that is good for stomach aches…
- He said he’d work with your schedule…
You may notice that it’s spelled as “ace” and not “aches” this may be a typo in One Piece Odyssey. Anyway, go back to Iceberg to tell him what happened and he’ll give you your reward.
And you’re done with the Helping Iceberg 2 side quest.
