The Sacred Archives Trial #4 is one of the trials in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown where Sargon has to work with his ghosts in order to reach the goal within the time limit. Completing all four trials of the Sacred Archive will reward Sargon with the Clairvoyance ability that will help him traverse through different dimensions. How to unlock the Sacred Archives Trial #4
The Sacred Archives Trial #4 can be accessed by navigating through the Sacred Archives at the west side of Mount Qaf during Chapter 4. The portal to Trial #4 will be activated after completing Trial #3. Getting to the area requires the Rush of the Simurgh and Shadow of the Simurgh to get through the obstacles; each Time Power can be obtained through Chapter 2 and Chapter 3, respectively.
The portal to trial #4 is located at the upper right corner of the trial room.
Sacred Archives Trial #4 Solution
For this final trial, you will only have 13 seconds to open the gate and get to the goal.
On your first turn, make your way to the middle part, but try to dash to the spot where you will be behind the gate once it opens, and leave a shadow. Then head towards the pressure pad and step on it.
On the second turn, wait for the first ghost to open the gate for you, then head up and pull the lever. Try to do this turn as quickly as possible to get the vertical platform ready for your final turn.
On the last turn, prepare to return to your shadow as soon as the first ghost steps on the pressure pad, then jump off the vertical platform and make your way to the goal.
Completing the trial in time will unlock the middle portal leading to the chamber where you can get the Clairvoyance ability. Clairvoyance allows you to travel between dimensions where the crystal platforms and walls are present and vice versa, skipping the need to hit the bells in certain obstacles.
