How to Open the Secret Door in Fortnite

You need to solve the rune puzzle in the Shuffled Shrines to open the secret door that leads to the main chamber. There are multiple runes in the vicinity each with a different color. Memorize the color and arrange them in the correct order.

Alcove underground southwest of Shuffled Shrines
Near a reboot van up the hill northwest of Shuffled Shrines
Near a red shelter to the north
Inside wooden pen on the ground to the northeast

The color of the runes change every after game so what the color combination for previous games were isn’t the combination you’re lookin for right now. However the runes are always going to be in the same places which makes your endeavor a lot easier.

Take note of the color of the four runes and then head back to the entrance. You’ll need to be spinning four blocks until they match the colors of the runes you found. Once you’ve placed them in the correct color combination, the secret door will open and you can enter the main chamber.

However inside the main chamber lies another secret door! Watch your step as the area is filled with booby traps. Don’t step on dark tiles unless you’re looking to take damage.

What you need to do is collect the golden relic afterwards destroy wall to the right of giant face. Go into the gap and you’ll find a wall that’s covered in plants. Destroy it and you’ll see a secret door. There are two rare chests inside. Collect them to get the Indy’s Dustoff emote.
