In a recent livestream at Nintendo JP’s Youtube channel, gameplay for Pokemon Legends Arceus was revealed in the video showing the Hisuan region and how trainer can battle and capture Pokemon in the game.
Based on the gameplay shown on the livestream, Pokemon trainers will be able to openly explore the world of Hisuan region and interact with its wild and mysterious Pokemon. Trainers will have different ways to catch these wild pokemon using techniques such as ambush tactics, battling them with your own personal choice of Pokemon and even fighting them head on personally. Catching them fast and quick will not only improve your skills as a trainer but also give experience points to your party Pokemon.
Not only that, gameplay shows how the player travels around the Hisuan region using different means. Either traveling by foot, riding on Pokemon to cover hard to reach places on land, flying and gliding with Pokemon that can fly and even riding on aquatic Pokemon is an option as well.
