Being the busy man Iceberg is, he asks the Straw Hats for help feeding the Tyrannosaurus. The Helping Iceberg 1 side quest has Luffy and the crew looking for aqua corn to help the mayor of Water Seven out. However this task is easier said than done as the aqua corn can be difficult to find.

Helping Iceberg 1 Side Quest Walkthrough
Talk to Iceberg at the Water Seven City Area to start the Helping Iceberg 1 side quest. He’ll tell you about his assistant that isn’t with him at the moment and that he could use your help feeding the Tyrannosaurus.
The object you’re looking for is an aqua corn from a street stall in the lower coast. The problem is that the map doesn’t quite mark it for you so you may take some time finding it. Thankfully you can follow our steps in this guide to immediately find where it is.
Talk to Aqua Corn Merchant
Go to the Water Seven Lower Coast and talk to the Aqua Corn Merchant in the middle of the map. He’ll tell you that he doesn’t have any Aqua Corn because some pirates stole it from him. You’re going to have to get it back.
Defeat the Pirates
Head to where the bridge is from the Aqua Corn Merchant and head lower right, you’ll see three figures laughing on the edge. They’re the pirates who stole the Aqua Corn. You’ll know it’s them be cause of the blue marker on top of their heads.
Deliver Aqua Corn to Iceberg
Go back to Iceberg and talk to him. The Straw Hats will hand over the Aqua Corn and the Helping Iceberg side quest will be finished. You’ll get your reward then.
