A member of the Franky family is having some mice trouble underneath the sewers. The Natural Underground Enemies side quests in One Piece Odyssey asks you to dive underground of the Water Seven City Area to fight some large mice. But the game doesn’t tell you exactly where they are so you might have trouble finding them.

How to start Natural Underground Enemies Side Quest
Talk to the Frightened Man east of Water Seven City Area to start the Natural Underground Enemies side quest. He’ll reveal himself to be a Franky Family Follower and ask you to get rid of some large mice in the sewers below.
You’ll have to prepare for this as the sewers is a dungeon filled with enemies to fight. Be sure you’re prepared to take them on along with any other enemies you’ll encounter in the fight.
Talk to Franky Family Follower Near the Sewer Opening
Talk to another Franky Family Follower near the quest giver standing by a manhole cover which is entrance to head below. This will put the Straw Hats underground into the entrance of the Sewer 1F dungeon.
Take Elevator to Basement Level 2
The Rats will be located on the Basement Level 2 of the sewers. There’s a lot of enemies along the way but you can choose to avoid them to save time. Make use of Luffy’s traversal ability to get through areas in the sewer.
Defeat the Berserk Wicked Mice
The Berserk Wicked Mice you’ll be fighting for the Natural Underground Enemies side quest aren’t all that tough. They have affinity to Speed and are weak to Power so most of your crew will be able to take them on.
After defeating the Berserk Wicked Mice, go back to the Franky Family Follower quest giver and talk to him to finish the side quest.
