Del Lago - Resident Evil 4 Remake Boss
Del Lago

Del Lago

Del Lago is a giant Plaga-infected amphibian that Leon faces in Lake Valdelobos. Unlike other bosses, Leon has to battle it while on a boat and throw harpoons to damage it. However, beware of Del Lago’s powerful attack that can kill Leon in one blow by swallowing him whole. To defeat this boss, you’ll have to use harpoons to hook Del Lago and let it drag you across the lake, exposing its back for you to throw more harpoons.

El Gigante - Resident Evil 4 Remake Boss

El Gigante

El Gigante is a hulking brute that Leon must face in Resident Evil 4 Remake. It is a massive creature that moves slowly but has incredible strength. To defeat it, keep firing at El Gigante until the worm on its back bursts. Then, focus on shooting the exposed worm until El Gigante kneels down, giving you an opportunity to perform a melee attack. If you rescued the dog trapped in Chapter 3, it can help you in the fight by distracting El Gigante, making it easier to shoot the exposed worm.

Bella Sisters - Resident Evil 4 Remake Boss

Bella Sisters

The Bella Sisters are two chainsaw-wielding enemies who can be quite a challenge for Leon. To beat them, it’s important to position yourself correctly to avoid getting caught between them. It’s also a good idea to keep some distance and use your knife to deflect their attacks when necessary. The fighting area is small and cramped, so throwing grenades is a great way to deal some damage.

Resident Evil 4 Remake Bitores Mendez Boss Guide

Bitores Mendez

Bitores Mendez, the big cheese and village chief, is one tough enemy you’ll face in Resident Evil 4 Remake. To take him down, focus your shooting on his legs until he keels over, and then use your knife for a lot of damage. The fighting area is spacious, so move around to find resources in boxes. Be alert for dodge prompts to avoid his sweeping tendrils attack. Once you’ve dealt enough damage, he’ll enter Phase 2, where he sheds his lower half and transforms into a faster enemy. Keep running to dodge the flaming debris he throws at you. Eventually, he’ll come near you, allowing you to shoot him down until he falls and expose him to another combat knife attack for additional damage.

El Gigante Armored - Resident Evil 4 Remake Boss

El Gigante Armored

El Gigante Armored is a giant armored version of El Gigante that Leon encounters in Resident Evil 4 Remake. Unlike the first El Gigante encounter, in this boss fight it will keep its distance and throws objects at you instead of attacking up close. It’s best to avoid wasting ammo on it and instead run for cover until you reach the cannon. Once you get to the cannon, aim and fire a good shot to take it down.

Twin Garrador - Resident Evil 4 Remake Boss

Twin Garrador

The Twin Garrador are two blind but incredibly fast and powerful bosses. Leon will have a tough time sneaking around due to the presence of other enemies. Take advantage of this and let the Twin Garrador damage them as they go. Once the smaller enemies are gone, sneak up and stab the Garradors in the back until their worms are exposed. You have a larger area to move around this time. If you get caught by one of the Twin Garradors with no way to dodge, use your knife to parry their attacks.

Resident Evil 4 Remake Verdugo Boss Guide

Verdugo

Verdugo is a tall and fast creature with sharp tendrils, and normal attacks won’t work against it. To defeat it, you’ll need to lure it toward one of the red pipes in the room and activate it, which will freeze Verdugo and leave it vulnerable to attack. However, once it’s damaged enough, it will retreat and hide, and you’ll need to proceed through the level until it reappears. During the fight, be mindful of its lunging attacks and ready to defend yourself by parrying.

Twin El Gigante - Resident Evil 4 Remake Boss

Twin El Gigante

Twin El Gigante is a formidable duo that Leon will face in a large area. One of them is armored and immune to normal gunshots. During the fight, Luis will assist you by volunteering to fight the other El Gigante, leaving you to focus on the unarmored twin. Shoot it down until it falls and exposes its weak spot, then finish it off with a melee attack. After defeating the unarmored twin, you’ll only have the armored one to deal with. Wait for Luis to return and lead the El Gigante to the platform where he’ll jump down and plant dynamites on its back. Shoot it down to detonate the explosives, causing the El Gigante to collapse. Quickly interact with the terminal in the arena to drop it down to the lava and kill it for good. Be careful of their powerful attacks and make good use of the environment for cover.

Resident Evil 4 Remake Jack Krauser Boss Guide

Jack Krauser

Jack Krauser is a boss fight in Resident Evil 4 Remake that requires a purely knife-based attack strategy. Unlike in the original game, this is not a Quick-Time Event and you’ll have to parry, slice, and stab Krauser on your own. You can parry his attacks and attack him until he leaves himself open for a melee attack. However, Krauser won’t stagger just by parrying one attack, so watch out for his knife combo attacks. Additionally, be prepared to dodge when he sweeps down low and jumps up high. Keep attacking him until the fight ends.

How to defeat Ramon Salazar - Resident Evil 4 Remake

Ramon Salazar

Ramon Salazar is a boss that will frequently move around and attack you with his tentacles. To defeat him, wait until his soft flesh is exposed when it comes out of his mouth. Keep moving to avoid his attacks and shoot him down until he falls down and becomes vulnerable to your knife attack. Be careful not to get hit by the black muck he fires as it’s hard to dodge. If you’re hurt too much, search the area for resources inside crates to replenish your health.

Mutated Jack Krauser

Mutated, Jack Krauser is back, but this time you have your guns with you. Shoot Krauser when he attacks you with his submachinegun at the beginning until he eventually jumps over to where you are and initiates a knife fight much like the first. Parry and attack him until he throws a flashbang and disappears. You’ll then have to proceed through the level until Krauser appears again. Watch out for the laser mines he’s placed around and be careful as he will ambush you by leaving the bait in the form of items. When you reach an open area in the ruins, he’ll appear at the top and shoot you with the submachinegun again and then drop to initiate another knife fight. Keep an eye out for prompts to dodge his attacks as he strikes combos you’ll have to parry. Once you’ve damaged Krauser enough, he’ll transform his arm into a sharp tendril. He’ll drop both of you down to a dark area where he’ll keep ambushing you with his sharp mutated arm. Quickly find your way out of these ruins until you get outside again. Krauser will face you properly once you reach this area. The shotgun and knife are a deadly combo here. Keep shooting Krauser until he keels over and you’ll see a melee prompt for big damage. His attacks can still be parried like normal but he will occasionally grab you dealing unavoidable damage. Eventually, Krauser will go down after putting pressure on him.

You’ll have to keep your distance and use the large level to avoid his attacks. Shoot his eyes until they pop and he becomes vulnerable for a melee prompt. The area also has red barrels that you can shoot to blow him up. In the middle of the fight, Saddler will summon flying minions to aid him after sustaining enough damage.
