Sea of Thieves is practically giving away new content so freely, that it’s practically a steal. If you want to get some free stuff on the game, you’ll get the chance via Twitch Drops that the developers are handing out on their streams via Twitch. Tune in to the latest stream on Twitch to earn some free stuff for Sea of Thieves.
What are Sea of Thieves Twitch Drops?
In order to get the free stuff that Rare are giving away, you just need to link your Twitch account to the Sea of Thieves’ account. Doing so will reward you with free loot.
Sea of Thieves Twitch Drops December 2021
Every 10 AM GMT from December 03, 2021 to December 07, 2021 the developers have scheduled a stream on twitch where their partners play for 20 minutes.
Tuning into the streamer event will reward you with a bunch of free content you can claim.
- December 3 (Friday) – Twilight Hunter Jacket
- December 4 (Saturday) – Twilight Hunter Belt
- December 5 (Sunday) – Twilight Hunter Eye Patch
- December 6 (Monday) – Twilight Hunter Hook
Each item will run for 24 hours. So you’ll have plenty of time to be able to grab each one so be sure to tune in during the event so you don’t miss out.
Sea of Thieves How to Link Twitch Account
Login to Twitch
If you want to link your twitch account simply login to your Twitch then head on over to the Sea of Thieves website.
Login to Xbox Live on the Sea of Thieves Website
On the top right button you’ll be able to see a pirate head icon that allows you to login using your Microsoft or Xbox Live account.
Select Account and go to Twitch Drops
Once you’ve login, go to the your Account and then select Twitch Drops. There will be a Link Twitch Account button for your convenience.
Wait For a Notification
Once you’ve selected it, your account should already be connected with the Sea of Thieves Twitch account and you’ll be entitled to rewards.
Sea of Thieves How to Redeem Twitch Drops
When you’re account is already linked, you’ll receive a notification on Twitch. This will tell you that you have been awarded the special item. You can claim that item to unlock it and the play in the game.
After all that, all you need to do now is login and play the game.
What If I Don’t Receive My Twitch Drops on Sea of Thieves?
While unlikely, it may be possible that you won’t be awarded the Twitch Drop you’ve been promised. If this happens, you’re going to have to go to the Sea of Thieves support page to ask for assistance within 72 hours.
