Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League is one of the newest superhero games developed by Rocksteady Studios. A lot of DC fans were impressed by how good the game is but were utterly shocked as they will be playing as members of Task Force X who are tasked to save the world by killing the Justice League who have been brainwashed. Unexpectedly, at the end of the game, it was revealed what characters would appear in the Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League DLC.
Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League DLC Plans Revealed At The End of The Game
First shown by Redditor SpookyJedi on r/SuicideSquadGaming, a post-campaign image reveals a roadmap of what future updates will look like in the coming months. In our previous article, it was revealed that the Joker will be coming out and players will enjoy a new style of fighting enemies on air and the ground. But what’s more shocking is that there will be newer maps to explore and new missions to enjoy as the DLC plan set called Finite Crisis.
Upon the reveal, it’s hinted that there will be a total of 4 new maps coming to the game and also new missions as well. Furthermore, new weapon mods and a variety of powered-up enemies will appear also.
Characters To Appear in Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League DLC
It was confirmed during the last video interview that Joker will arrive as one of the debuting playable characters. Aside from this, players will find silhouettes of familiar DC villains who may appear as either members of the Suicide Squad or have become big-time villains of the Justice League. Below are the possible characters that might come out soon:
- Mister Freeze
- Victoria Fries (Mrs. Freeze)
- Zoe Lawton (Lawless)
- Slade Wilson (Deathstroke)
- Katana
- Killer Croc
For those who don’t remember what happened to Mister Freeze in Arkham Knight, he and his wife Nora Fries left Gotham in hopes of living their lives normally without any doubts and with limited time only. Seeing Mr. Freeze on the roadmap means that he or she might come from an alternate dimension and will aid the squad in defeating other versions of Brainiac.
Another notable character seen is Zoe Lawton aka Lawless. She is the daughter of Deadshot and weirdly enough, seeing her as part of the team will cause some father-daughter tensions within the story. Lastly are Deathstroke, Katana, and Killer Croc who were former members of Task Force X, and fans will be hyped about them especially Slade since many people remember that he was recruited by Amanda Waller to join Task Force X.
Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League will be released on February 2, 2024, for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam).
