New quests and new expectations have come to Genshin Impact and with the release of the new quest of Aranyaka Part I: Woodland Encounter, fans are going nonstop with exploring this new quest. In this guide, we will show players how to complete one of the subquests called Into the Woods and what rewards await those who complete this quest.
How to Unlock Into The Woods Quest in Genshin Impact
To unlock this quest, players must first complete the 1st subquest, The Children of Vimara Village Quest. Afterward, head to Rana and she will tell you that several mysterious things have happened in the village and the new subquest will be unlocked.
How to complete Into The Woods Quest in Genshin Impact
Similar to the previous quest, players will need to go and clear more Withering Zones while investigating the mysterious happenings in the forest.
To clear the Withering Zones and defeat the Withering Branches, use the same tactic using Dendro elements and charged and ranged attacks as well. However, the enemies that spawn and the small area can make this Withering Zone slightly more challenging than the first. Keep an eye on your Decay and use the Candle of Life to decrease your Decay if necessary.
After clearing the Withering Zones in that area, Rana will ask you to explore the deeper part of the forest, and you will encounter Spinocrocodiles. Defeat them and head back to the camp.
Upon returning, Rana will ask you once again to do another small favor. She will ask you to with collecting three pieces of dried wood for a fire. The locations of each wood are found nearby the river and are easy to find.
After collecting them, return to Rana and light the wood with a Pyro attack. Once that’s done, a new cutscene will be unlocked and the quest will be completed.
Rewards for completing Into The Woods Quest in Genshin Impact
Upon completion of the Into the Woods quest, you will be granted these rewards:
- 50 Primogems
- 40,000 Mora
- 4 Hero’s Wit
- 4 Mystic Enhancement Ore
- 400 Adventure EXP
This quest has increased rewards compared to the previous quest and sets the bar for future rewards in the Woodland Encounter: Aranyaka World Questline. Not only that, the final subquest for the Aranyaka World Questline will be unlocked.
